I dont want to link my paypal to a bank account or a credit card, but want to be able to use paypal to buy things, Can i load my paypal account with bitcoin from my bitcoin wallet? If so how do I go about doing this?

It is not possible to add money to PayPal account from bitcoin. In order to use PayPal you would need to register a traditional card or bank account. This would be necessary also to confirm your PayPal account.
