Can anyone help. I purchased an item from Wowcher via PayPal. Item never arrived so contacted Wowcher and their merchant to no avail. So created dispute with PayPal. Well merry Christmas from paypal they have contacted me today stating they have decided I’m not covered by buyer protection. That’s it - no explanation just case closed. Flippin furious and disgusted. I purchased through PayPal for protection and they’ve wriggled out of that. Any ideas folks ? Thanks

Buyer protection normally covers physical items sent in the post but not things like gift cards etc etc, what was it you bought?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Wowcher advertised a make up brush cleaner. When you buy from Wowcher you pay Wowcher and they give you a voucher code to redeem for that item.
