Hello guys. I have been sent a payment from my friend. But it’s not in my available balance. The payment had received in activity and I have a confirm email. But it’s not in the balance. Any one any ideas ??
I've just had the same problem this morning with an eBay purchase; eBay says it's paid, PayPal notification says it's paid, PayPal activity shows it as completed but PayPal balance shows as £0!! I have tried to message PayPal, but it's impossible these days! !
