Adding Continue Shopping code to PayPal text Add to Cart buttons...

I need to add this code :

* If you are using Text Links: 

Add the following to both your Add to Cart and View Cart Button Code: 

&target="_self"&shopping_url=http://www.yourwebsite.com/your_page.html

to my PayPal text button :

<a href="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&amp;hosted_button_id=XXXXXX" class="btn btn-primary button_1">Buy Now</a>

I can't get the formatting right - thanks for any help  !
