Account "limited"

OK so my account was limited after I noticed an unauthorised payment on my account, I flagged it as unauthorised, and changed my password, then it says that my account is limited. This was fine until I tried to undo it - I completed all the steps except the third, but all it says when I attempt to complete the third is
"Please provide the documents requested below. We'll review your account status after we receive the information we've requested.
- Your documents need to be valid and legible.
- The submitted information on the documents must correspond with the information on your PayPal account.
- Your documents need to be less than 6 months old.
- We will handle your information in accordance with our privacy policy." I have checked my primary email address, the inbox and the junk folder, and there is only one e-mail about my account being limited. This does not say anything about what documents I should upload. Can someone help me with this?

This is what is 'generally' asked for, so you can either send those and see if paypal ask for more or you can give customer services a call and ask what they want.
