Hi,

I want to know if  my account will be closed or banned if I didn't link a credit card or bank account? 

If yes, then even though I send and recive money with it ?

Normally you can only use funds in your balance for a short time and then paypal will expect you to add a card to verify your account.

Then when you reach your limits you will need to add a bank account and if you do not then your account will be limited.

What you mean by limited? that I can't use my account at all?

If they ask you to verify your account by adding a bank account then yes they will limit it so you can't use it until you do.
