Hi support. My account has been on the restircted status for a day. I have submitted files for verification more than a month ago. But still it says we'll get back to you in 2-3 Business days. Can you please take care if this as i have an incoming appointment and need to pay bills. This is getting frustrating.
Along the duration that ive submitted my files, i have already moved to another place... thus invalidating the "verification of address". Like i said. Its more than a month. Not 2-3 business days
