I have 2 cards called it Card A and Card B
I using card A to buy item on ebay , i already confirm and pay for it but nothing happended , no receipt , no mail from paypal to confirm , i check the activities and i see no payment for it
The seller on ebay also get nothing from me and then he relist the item
I use card B to buy it again , done and i received mail , receipt from paypal
but at same time , the bank A and B is charging me for that money
that mean i have to pay 2 times for 1 item , right?
i just confirm with Bank A , they sure i pay for that money but why paypal not show that activities
