New to multi-order shipping, question on email receipt

When you input for postage on the single order, it asks for an email address for the recipient.  I switched to multi order, as I have 3-4 packages a day.  Most are not paid for thru PayPal.  PP is saying, it sent an email receipt, but how, wihtout an input of an email address?  Is there a way to put in an email address on multi order shipping?  I'm thinking when I switched to multi, the person I'm shipping to isn't getting an email receipt with tracking information.  I only ship priority.  Thank you!
