I have added my credit card into my Paypal account on 23-Nov-2015. The bank already sent to me a message that have a transaction with Paypal and -1.95 in my credit account. But until now, I don't receive any email about any information relavtes to confirmation code. When I select option Send New Code, my credit is -1.95 USD one more time. And Paypal sent an email as I expected.
How can I got my first 1.95USD when the action is failed?
After you've successfully confirmed your credit or debit card, the refund of 1.95 USD will be returned to your card. This refund includes the previous charges which took place in your card. Depending on the card issuer, your refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your next card statement.
