after I send passport to paypal by email and acttach on system.
Paypal reply me they already change my surname.
after log in my surname still not CHANGE
then I try to contact paypal support,
I update, resend passport again and again.
Paypal staff reply me " after check on the system my surname already complete change
Until Today All my information ' SURNAME " still the same
WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR NOW?
My credit card, bank account change to my new surname.
