My account was hacked by a hacker and on 1st December 2016, he or she made a transaction from my Upwork account and transferred 469$ of money to my paypal account of which I could not be able to find any records of it on my Transaction History. I called your paypal customer care and they asked me to get the transaction number from Upwork and I got one - Unique Transaction ID : 638138968D2445024 I just want my money back as I haven't done any transaction on that date. If you can searched or enquire about my paypal activity, I called Paypal Customer Care and recovered my account on 2nd of December 2016. I was not be able to use my account on 1st December. Please revert my money back asap.
