Hello All, I am very new to Paypal and on the account details pages, when I click on change in the Auto-withdraw section Paypal says that "Your PayPal balance will be automatically withdrawn to your local bank account on a daily basis due to your country's regulations", which is ok.
But now I read that "There is a fee per FIRC certificate charged by Citibank (i.e. per transfer from PayPal to your bank)"
Don't the above two underlined lines mean the same? Or am I missing something?
FIRC certificate everyday? 
Really confused here.
