can i make a payment without cresit card?? i want to transfer to another paypal account but they are asking for a debit card.

Completely, Here is what you have to do, Once you have made a PayPal account and Connect your bank account to it. At that point, you'll be able exchange cash from your bank account to your PayPal account and utilize the money from there on.! If you do not know how to add a bank account you can do so by.

1. Click "Wallet" at the top of the page.
2. Click +Link a card or bank.
3. Click Link a bank account.
4. If you don't see your bank listed, then click I have a different bank at the bottom right.
5. Select Checking or Savings.
6. Enter the bank's routing number and your account number, then click Agree and Link.
7. Verify that your routing and account number are correct and click Continue.

After 2 to 3 business days You will have revived 2 different payments from paypal were you can verify your bank account. I do believe there is a instant bank verification as well!

How do you know that they can add a bank account in their country?

Also how do you know that they can make that transaction with a bank account if paypal or the site buying from is requesting a card is added to that account?
