can't reply to a message in message centre

For several hour last night(stopped trying around 2:30am) and this morning I have been trying to reply to a message I received after contacting customer support is this just another way to fob people off because to be frank the response I was given in the first place didn't answer what was asked was just a generic copy paste of what I already knew.

Hi Kaz its very poor customer support and when you do get an answer all they do is copy paste from solution pages and not actually answer your questions, to reply I have had to re-post and start a fresh complaint from the beginning which surely means that it creates even more work because who ever gets that complaint as to then read all the other messages you have sent.

I've also had this today, I've tried several times on laptop, ipad and phone... on wifi and 4g so no idea what's going on... I can receive the usual pointless auto-generated reply they send to all questions but then I can't reply back.   Looks like PayPal are no longer willing to enter into communication with their users, getting very tired of poor customer service!

 paypal is a company that should not be allowed to deal with money. They steal your money and when you try to communicate with them, they make it impossible. You send a message and get an automated reply that asks yo to reply to that nonsense message so they can get back to you. but you try to reply to the message and you get an error saying "We're sorry, the message didn't send properly. Please try again." 

 

Properly? Seriously what does this even mean? It is like they are mocking with you.
