Hi 

I cannot pay through check out because PayPal notes this:

Your card issuer can’t validate your MASTERCARD. Please add a different card to complete your payment.

1.  Does this happen because of issues with my local bank and PayPal..?

2.  I cannot link my account with MasterCard. We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.
