Dear Sir Thank you for your advice. If that so, I have made a mistake in choosing the wrong case reason and that is why I cannot appeal for the second dispute on my payment. Are there any ways that I can do to contact Paypal personnel to request the second dispute? I am stuck in to contact or reach their personnel. On my first action, I have tried many times to contact them through the message center and the auto system keeps on giving me the same answer that is asking me to do a report which is I am unable to do that. (there is no button/function to make another report). I do hope I can reach their personnel to overcome the same answer from the auto system through message center or from other ways. On my second action, I have contacted my bank issuer regarding this problem and they also tried to deal with Paypal to get my money back. I like to say thank you for assisting me to go through this problem. Is there any way for me to contact their personnel?, I need your kind advice. Thank you, sir
