Terrible experience ... Xoom asking for ID and utilities copies . Especially taking into account that I'm already verified with PayPal.

Think about the amount of time lost to send 300 usd to a bank account (in my name) in the US 

300 not 300.000

Questions, phone calls, emails, copies of documents .

First and last time I'm using this service.
