Pay-pal is saying my account is limited and that i can't do ANYTHING unless i verify it.
am 15 years old, i don't have much to give of "utility bills" or "government issued documents"
i gave them my ID but for some reason they say i didn't give a thing and ask for more info.
its like i trust you guys but what the hell is this..i give u my info and u act like i didn't give anything...jeez.
there's 65 Qatar riyals in my account and 10 United states dollars in negative because u don't wanna even look at my cases..and speaking of cases..i have 2 cases waiting for 2 months that are false claims to when i used to sell....so tragic.
anyway i don't wan't any of my money just let me close this account for god's sake.
