So my PayPal got banned and I can withdraw my funds in 180 days, but I can’t withdraw it to my country because I have opened the account when was like 2 years on Portugal. there is a way to withdraw the money to another country?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
