Why is my solution post being rejected?
I found a solution to the problem in this post:
I drafted up a long step-by-step answer based on what I asked the customer service reps, how they escalated it, etc. But it got rejected twice.
There was nothing particularly defamatory in it, no reason was given, and I don't know who to ask about it.
Any recommendations on how to get the answer posted or why the PayPal Community is rejecting it?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
