If I want to ship a 3-pound item with 'USPS Priority Mail Regional Box A', Can I use an average brown cardboard box? Or does it HAVE to be a white Priority Mail box? Or does it not matter what kind of box?
You have to use specific "Regional" boxes. You need to order them from USPS, through their online store. They are free. Your local post office does not carry them.
Though if you're doing shipping through paypal, there is no point because they don't have the regional option. Which is just frickin' dumb.
