What can you do if a seller accepts a return and fails to refund or replace after goods returned ?

Seller provided a returns pouch. I returned the incorrectly sized items. Seller has provided no refund and no replacement. Paypay closed the case in favor of the seller.

There seems to be no way of re-opened the dispute because no refund or replacement has been provided.

Feel cheated and frustrated, what do you suggest?

Did you win the claim?

Did paypal tell you to return the item back to the seller and provide a return address?

If they did then you would have had to return it trackable so you could provide paypal with a tracking number to prove delivery of the item back to the seller.
