Transfer of funds out of Paypal to a bank account in USD

I would like to transfer the USD balance on my PayPal account to a bank account in HK.

However, the system does not allow me to send the funds in USD, even though I have a USD-denominated account at the bank.

It requires me to send the money in HK dollars, which is not my intention.

Can anyone please clarify how I can send USD funds without having to convert them to HK dollars?
