It turns out that Paypal stopped existing due to the quarantine.
The customer service is a joke. When you find the hidden phone number and call them you hear a disk....and then the they hang up.
It is automatic, they just hang up.
Coronavirus means that people are working from home. But apparently Paypal does not have the capacity to work from home. They just went to sleep. They are a computer based service. But they are not willing to provide it at all. Shame on them
My account was suspended when MYSELF reported a suspicious activity. When I try to re-activate it following the steps and changing my password, they system does not allow me to change my password. It is a barrier after a barrier.
