Hi -a thank you note from a charity was not addressed to me, seems Paypal have another name on my account. I contacted them & they replied:
Dear Stan
Thank you for your email and I note your comments regarding the Thank You email being addresses to Phil.
I can see that this donation was made through PayPal and they have advised us that the account is in the name of Phil and it is the why the email was address to him. If this is incorrect, can I please ask you to contact PayPal direct and discuss this with them.
Took a look at my Paypal account but all seems OK there - my email & home address correct & that is the only address held by Paypal..tried contacting them -but really hard. Anyone help with the issue?
