I've been selling some virtual stuff on this website Shoppy.gg . I have tested it out and if someone buys a $2 item paypal takes a 20% tax.
Why is this tax so large and is there anyway to stop it?

pAYPAL fee is 30 cents transaction fee and 2.9-4.4% final value fee.
There is so called micro payment,6 cents transaction fee and 6% final value fee for low price items.you have to apply
