Ridiculous misinterpretation of the Acceptable Use Policy

I'm trying to use PayPal to buy an item from <removed>.com that includes a Holster for a handgun. There is no GUN involved, just a holster. SportsmansGuide provided a message that an item in my cart violates your Acceptable Use Policy but I can't believe the HOLSTER is what is causing this. Could PayPal be so obtuse as to think an empty holster is somehow evil and not acceptable? I would appreciate any feedback that serves to explain this being used to deny use of PayPal for purchasing a holster.

(j) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories,
Isn't a holster an accessory for a gun? If it isn't then what else would it be used for??
