Refund case

Hi, i started a case to get a full refund on a product i never recieved. Now however, 2 days after paypal trying to get in contact with them about the case, the company has emailed me saying the product will be delivered in two weeks time. This is around when the case would have been completed and im unsure whether to carry on with the refund or cancel and wait for my product to hopefully arrive.
