Hi all im having terrible issues with PayPal and I think it's a terrible service I can't send money back to my bank I can't send money to other people I can't buy nothing.... I have done all of these at least once on my account iv sent money back to my back plenty of times however now I get can't do this contact customer service...I message them they say oh call this premium number I did says they are closed due to coronavirus... my account is fully varified and they have sent money back before also I have bought before and sent I just don't get it.
