Hello dear ebay team...I bought galaxy note 10 but after receiving I find out that the seller send the wrong s-pen...I have informed him about and ask partial refund 20$..he said ok...and as he told me tried to send it via paypal..now he is saying that it is not possible..how can you handle this case?
