Online chat error

Hello guys, do you know what is problem about paypal online chat ? When I enter online chat this useless bot says me "They will return on Friday, 7 October 2022 at 08:00 British Summer Time". But right now its 9 AM for British Summer Time, and I can not get to connect any support. Also can not get responses from community or message center. This is how paypal works ?

Your brain functions are same with this bot. I am saying this bot says it everyday, everyday when I want to talk I just hear come tomorrow

Well there are many other ways to contact customer services.

But if you don't provide the correct information then hard to advise.
