I suggest that anybody with any funds in Paypal accounts withdraw their funds as soon as possible. Paypal will be the next big bubble to burst. Their costs are a joke and there is absolutely no human being available to talk to. None of their telephone or Skype numbers are answered. I have been trying for 18 days to sort out an issue at huge cost to myself. They are a bunch of scammers and will steal your money. Its just a matter of time.
