No profile picture and nowhere to add an image

I seem to be having a problem when logging into Paypal. I can log in ok but when clicking on my profile, there is no picture. Not even a place to upload an image.

I also tried to create a paypal.me link and the option is nowhere to be found.

I had to eventually create the link on my mobile phone in the app.

Is there any reason as to why the desktop version of Paypal is so user unfriendly and that links just don't exist? Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong.

Any help is appreciated.
