Hi could anyone tell me my account has been blocked and yesterday they wanted me to send in my proof of address and all that again I'm using PayPal quite a while how long will this take

Can be a few days or up to a few weeks dependent on how busy they are and your turn in the queue really.

I spent 20 mins trying to ring them yesterday and couldn't get through is this normal

At busy times yes, may have to stick it on hold for a few hours until they pick up 🤔
