hello, so im trying to link my bank account to my paypal but it says theres a "6 digits" bank number and a "11 digits" account number, how ever my account is like aa-bbbb-ccccccc-dd(d) and i have no idea what 11 digits is, can somebody help!!! Labels

I am sorry this has happened and I can understand your frustration.
You will need to ensure the bank account you're adding is registered in the same country at the PayPal account is registered to. That's usually the main reason this is happening.
