Hi, I live in Azerbaijan and created a paypal account, but when I look at some sources, they saying it is only possible to send payments from Azerbaijan account. Get payments isn't allowed Is it true ? or I can get payments. I could not understand that the sources are old. sorry for bad english and if it is wrong category sorry.
