I'm having trouble receiving money. People get a message that "I'm not accepting payment at this time." There is nothing like this anywhere in the community. I also can't add a second email for verification. The error message says "contact customer service." I've tried. I've called 3 times: "we can't help you by phone. Use chat." Chat: "All messengers are offline. Email us." Email: "We'll reply within 24 hours." No reply. Does Paypal customer service exist?
