Is donation with PayPal Giving Fund UK to a British charity (i.e., GoFundMe.org.uk) tax-deductible in the US for US tax payers?
For example, if I get an official donation receipt, which states that my deductible contribution is £500.00 GBP, can I convert it to USD and deduct from my taxes filed to IRS?
