I am trying to ship UPS with money I received via PayPal gift. USPS is far to expensive, and I have managed to ship UPS before. Every time I go through the shipping process there is no option to switch to UPS. What am I missing? I already have my UPS account number added. I've shipped UPS recently and it gave me the option to switch, alebit the only difference was the order was NOT a gift.
