How do I actually get to speak to someone ??

I have a problem and this is not covered by any of the help topics so actually need to talk to someone... I have been trying for 3 days ... any ideas ? - i am based in the UK

Phones are non operational due to covid unless you get really lucky so if we can't help your only options are...

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
