Today a PayPal subsidiary called Xoom made two unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account through PayPal.
One was for $723.99 on April 28, and one was for $948.99 on April 29. WTF???
I didn't know that Xoom existed until these transactions occurred and my bank alerted me. I have not made any purchases recently for anywhere near that much money.
This "Xoom" subsidiary of PayPal is clearly acting fraudulently.
I need to instruct PayPal to never accept any transactions from Xoom. How do I do this?

Hi @veryMadJim
Thank you for reaching out to the PayPal Community Forum!
Xoom.com transactions appear on your account if the option, Send to friends and family abroad was chosen under the Send and Request tab.
You may learn more from here.
By the way, I understand that these transactions were seen in your bank account. Are they showing up on PayPal too under Activity?
You may get Xoom contact details in the link above. You may also report these transactions via the resolution center.
Hope this helps!
Kudos and Solved are highly appreciated
