From Paypal to Gcash

I cashed some money from paypal to gcash but til now. What should I do?

I transferred some money from paypal to gcash account..around 20 thousand... it didnt reflect on my gcash account but it as deducted to my paypal account. I tried transferring 500 pesos and 10 thousand and it was transferred to my gcash real time..but the 20 thousand I haven't received it til now.

A few questions:
Which date and time did you transfer the php20,000 amount?
Is this the first time you're transferring that large amount? 
How long have you had your PayPal account?

PayPay can hold your funds for up to 24 hours, they do this to review each transaction to monitor for fraudulent activity. This happens more likely for large transactions / newer accounts, which is why the smaller transactions processed immediately. 

Don't file a refund to GCash just yet, just wait for more than 24 hours and I'm  confident you'll see that balance reflected  🙂

i have my paypal account for more than 8 years now.. i always do cash ins every 2 weeks with the same amount for nore than a year now.. it happened three days ago until now no money on my account. i called paypal and told me to wait for at least 24 hours but still nothing happened i dont have the money. i called paypal again last night and told me to talk to gcash..

i called thw paypal international ang they said it ia impossible for them to hold that amount because i am used to transfer that every two weeks. when i checked it to the gcash department they told me that it sisnt reflect and it should be real time as well. how can i contact u faster??

Sorry, why I asked was because GCash was under maintenance last week Wednesday to Friday. 

I've been a long time Paypal user as well, 3+ years. I notice Paypal holds the amounts for 24 hours whenever I cash in large amounts. Realized tons of other users are facing the same issue.

Suggest you to call GCash support if your funds are held on GCash's end.

I made successful transactions with gcash except for the 20,000 which automatically deducted on my paypal account. I asked the gcash department and told me that they can't see anything there with this kind of transaction so I called the paypal and told me that it was completed and sent directly to the gcash but none happened. It is not on hold or whatever but it was completed on their end.

Can you send a screenshot of your email receipt from PayPal? If you didn't receive one it'll mean that it's PayPal's issue.
