I have been emailing and trying to call for days now! They always hang up on me and don't email me back! How do I get ahold of someone?? I cant resolve my problem without human interaction from PayPal!!
Yes! Agreed! I moved on a long time ago because PayPal randomly shut my account down for “risk” but gave me no appeal process or good reason for what “risk” meant. I am a legitimate business that sells lots of different products but somehow that’s risky or against their policies?!?! They also said they would hold my funds for 180 it’s now been 422 days and they still won’t give me my money. Joke of a company!!
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Live chat is also randomly available.
