I placed an order on eBay for a movie for my Mother for Christmas the seller took my money refuses to ship or reply to my message ebay is basically like not our problem and Paypal refuses to help until after the date has passed for it to be delivered which is the 23rd so it will be too late to get here on time. So basically the seller ripped me off is keeping the money and PayPal, and ebay refuse to help that just doesn't seem right.
