Why does Paypal take too long to resolve "urgent" issues? Why does it appear like Paypal is unreliable? Someone help me understand. Thank you.

If I had asked and gotten feedback, I wouldn't be asking this. I have emailed Paypal so many times. It is becoming frustrating.

I wanted to change my name. I was told to attach documents. I did. I was told to wait for 72 hours. It is long overdue and there are no communication including responding to emails, what could that mean?

It means they are busy and not got around to your turn in the queue yet.

Can take from a few days up to a few weeks but you could always contact them for an update?

I think I will have to wait. Though I feel like it is taking too long especially after the 72 hours duration elapsed.
