Why would you make I so difficult to converse with a company that I am supposed to TRUST with my money. it is a horrible representation of a company that claims to be user friendly. I find your invasiveness laughable and will be bowing out of the sheep mentality that thrives here.

All I wanted to do was provide a suggestion to make your company better however you put up multiple hurdles just to converse with you.

And the chat bot is a joke. 

Now that I have my money in my bank account I will be getting out of this disaster you call pay PAL. .......we all know what that stands for.

You have a right to your opinion so as long as you don't break any forum rules then why would you be banned?

However this is a 'user to user' community help service and not paypal customer services so if you want your remarks to be read by them then your best bet is to email them.

There are several easy ways to contact customer services but I guess you don't want them now anyway, shame you didn't ask on here first.
