I'm not begging, I was in question regarding the back child support owed to county, and if pay pal can garnish account upon any deposits. . Whether it be prepaid card or actual account.

You need to get your facts before accusing anyone of anything! If this community is this quick to advise without any knowledge, I am not interested.

Google is your friend. Plenty of advice and tips there to do more research from. But keep in mind, anything is possible. With power of the courts, if they want blood, they will get it.
