hi i went to my email and it said it was from Paypal and the email adress was noreply netlogmail.com . and anyway it sent me a very legitimate looking letter that said my paypal was limited by some curious credit card charges so i was like "lets check paypal" and i did and to my belief i was not limited at all. when i went back to the email and pressed click to reactivate i was using google chrome and it sent me to pplimitedaccount.com and google chrome warned me this is a phishing site. so i am wondering if this is a scam or not
