cargoshops.com- Is it a scam?

Hello All!  

 

I will keep it short: Has anyone dealt with cargoships.com?  They accept PayPal and sell electronics for really cheap.

 

It seems too goo to be true.... So, I'd thought I'd ask if anyone has used them (and paid via PP)....
